Look Ma, No GAS!

I'm in this zen state of mind as well. Last week I was jonesing to add a McCarty Korina Brazzy, and all of a sudden I am quite content with what I have. Weird. Maybe I should see the doc. Somethings gotta be wrong with me!

I am very happy with my P245 (in case anybody didn't know that already), but I still have GAS ready to spring. I really shouldn't be looking at guitar store websites. I'm even a little angry with Paul for always coming out with something better. For crying out loud. Stop making me want something else......Wood Library, Guitar of the Month, Semi Hollow version of what you have in solid body.....does it ever stop?

I have gas on a daily basis, typically after pizza and beer....

Oh wait, I also have GAS on a daily basis as I look through Reverb.com too. I've got 3 that I feel I "need" and plenty that I want lol!

Maybe you just need to go to Experience.

Les, I have a guitar or 10 I'll sell you.
Are you sure you don't have 11 to sell?

Les - I still think you need a HB of some description to round out your stable.

As for me, I am content with my guitars ATM (my wife is wondering what is wrong with me), but am thinking about upgrading my bass (I have a old Fender Squire Bass)

I won't be happy until I have one PS, which will be my first PRS.
Then after getting it, I won't be happy until I have at least one more PRS of some type.

Isn't that the sickness that plagues everyone on this forum? ;)
My problem is that I don't even know how to deal with it! At least you all have some PRS guitars to ease the pain for now, until GAS rears it's ugly head again.

Me, I'm totally lost. ARGH!

Get the Core PRS first. Seriously.

Les,
While I know you are correct, I am too old to take the time to go through owning a Core first, then moving up from there.
I've already had 4 heart attacks, and am due for another, as per my doctor.

Like my wife told me, when I was thinking about this guitar, and said to her, maybe I should put it off for awhile...
She said to me" If not now, when?!"

My only alternative is to buy a PS from a store with a return policy, and then I have no wood or color choice.

I'm really not fond of the stock colors PRS offers.

Dude! You do not have my permission to have another heart attack!

No, Les, you need my SC hollowbody spruce. Trust me on this one. :D

I love the way you sound on that thing!

But I am truly a solid-body electric player. I don't think in terms of hollow body electric tones.
