I was informed from the inside before I got this that the Graveyard Ltd was a very special sounding run of 594's. Like on steroid resonance and natural sustain. Paul himself tapped on and selected the pieces for the necks that rang out as he preferred. I finally installed the Schallers and off to the races today. The voice on this instrument is to die for. The 58/15's in this are well balanced and play off each other beautifully. Sparkling highs from the bridge blend wonderfully w the neck warmth to create a clear, fresh, mid position. On clean this thing rings like a Steinway. Straight into the amp w no effects was an experience w this one since I most always go into my board first. On the neck the Santana woman tone was right there once dialed in w the amp. Even more enveloping and sweet sounding w just adding a tweak of tube gain. Sounded like it was crying. :)Then the guts and growl. I'll put this up against any of my custom shop LP's and bet I have a bigger smile w the 594. Switched to overdrive channel and I can see unlimited sounds. Sustain forever w no effects!!!:cool:

But how else will we know if it's drop dead gorgeous?

Sorry bout no pics in this thread. It is meant to decompose automatically soon. However the pics of this ghostly monster is a few threads down entitled Gone to the Graveyard, Oct. 23. Another forum member was kind enough to put up the stock pics for me since I had trouble posting pics here. Check it out it's haunting!! Bwahahahaha

Congrats! No one has these locally, would be curious to compare with my 2016 DC 594. That one rings like a bell with crazy sustain.

For anyone interested in a video demo, I just found a new one on John Mann Guitar Vault. Actually the player came to some of the same conclusions I did. He went through the configurations thoroughly. I think you will enjoy it if you like the 594's. :):D
