Would like to install lockers on my SE but not neccesarily the ones PRS sells. Anyone know if other brands are a direct swap? Thank you in advance for your knowledge.

If you decide to change the tuners there's a good chance that you might have to drill an extra hole for each of the tuners.

There's enough options this isnt necessary

FYI...
A (01) suffix denotes the larger 3x3 buttons.
A (07) suffix denotes the smaller mid-size 6 in-line style buttons.

There are Gotoh 510 series tuners that fit(18:1 and 21:1).k
SG381s(16:1)IMO, are more than an appropriate choice for an SE series.

Basically, if it has a 45° offset mounting screw, it should fit. I've never seen one that had a differing spec.

If I can't get them from my local store, I use Guitar Hey and Philadelphia Luthier.

I've used Grover 406C in the past with good results....these were older SE's though, so I'm not sure if anything has changed since.

I would still encourage the PRS branded ones, though...you're guaranteed a perfect fit and correct post height.
