Local PRS McCarty

Hi All,

New to the PRS Forum and a PRS know nothing. Anyways there is a PRS McCarty for sale locally that he thinks is a 1998. Is there anything to look for around this guitar other than the normal guitar stuff? Also what would be a decent price?

If you can post a few pics, or a link, there are lots of guys here that can tell you it it is a legit PRS or not.

For values, searching eBay completed listings is a good start

I believe around $1300-$1400 for a used McCarty is typical, however it depends on the specs. For instance if it's Korina, or has a Braz neck, etc. Those all play a factor in the price of the guitar.

Get some pics and show them to us. That's the only way to know for sure what you're getting.

FWIW, you can't go wrong with a McCarty. They're fantastic guitars. My first PRS was a McCarty. Loved that thing.
