Little Walter amps

Hey just read an article about the above tube amps. Robben Ford uses an 8 watt for practice and studio and I was lead to believe these are going to be his go to amps! Vince Gill uses them too. The article said they are giving Dumbles a run for their money. Who really knows but they are a boutique maker out of NC. Anyone heard about these?

I've known Phil, the builder, for a number of years. They sound good but I wouldn't put them in the same sonic category as Dumbles.

He's actually how I met Robben Ford and a several other endorsees at the jam they used to do in town every year around the same time as summer NAMM.

I've heard a few demos (including one by Robben Ford), and thought they sounded terrific. Like, really terrific.

So many great amp designers out there.
