I'm at the final stages of this resurrection, and am stumbling on the wiring. I'm putting an HFS/VB in with a pre-wired McCarty harness (volume/push/pull tone/3-way switch). I'm looking at this schematic:
    https://www.prsguitars.com/documents/custom3waytoggle.pdf
but cannot figure out where everything goes. Much gratitudes for any help here!

Using the HFS will change one part of the diagram. Because the HFS is flipped, I think you put the black where it says bridge white and the white where it says bridge black. Other than that I think you are good with the 3 way switch and push pull on the tone pot.

Let us now if there is something else you don't understand.

I am a huge Peter Max fan, so I went through his book with my daughter and discussed what we liked and didn't like so much...

It'll be coming through the PTC sooner or later...when I was stripping the body some chemical stripper got under the tape on the fretboard and ate part of an inlay...

That's awesome! I'm a big fan of artwork and an even bigger fan of family made artwork. My wife painted an acoustic for me. It's not a PRS, so I haven't posted anything here.

Can you post a pic of the inlay? It might be repairable with superglue.

    That is incredibly cool.
When my daughter got an air brush, I let her paint my motorcycle. She took home the guitar with a case she painted.

Fill it with superglue allow it to dry properly and then scrape it with a razor blade. It should be fine.

How fantastic to have something so unique and for it to have been created by your daughter, who is very talented.
