Level 42.

Oh, if only these would make it into the core line so I could maybe afford one without a second mortgage. What a great idea! I know a little about high modulus graphite and what it can mean.

Spill the beans, man. Back in the mid '80's, Alembic made Stanley Clarke a bass with sensors in the neck from Barcus-Berry to capture more sound. Think of the cost of a Graphite PS with Brazilian neck/board and this feature ("shudder")?

Yeah, I'd love a graphite rod in my PS. I'm not even sure I wanna ask what it would add to the price. I dig the clean look of the headstock too.

Interesting that the one pictured appears to have a bone nut like the acoustics do. I'm hoping to sit down with a Tonare Grand sometime over the next weekend.

Yup, you'll dig it.

A lot of PS guitars have bone nuts, BTW, the McCarty Singlecut among them.
