Glad to hear the shoulder is better! Sucks being “vintage” doesn’t it?! My motto is, If it’s still attached do the best ya can with it! Glad to see you back after it my brother!
I’ve noticed recently that Shawn was right all this time about fighting off vintage. Weekly yoga classes the last little while have dramatically reduced the pain in my joints.
 
I've told my wife I'd like to buckle down and start that after the first of the year. Just gotta stay disciplined and keep it up.
I noted in the class I took this morning that in the 6-7 weeks I’ve been doing formal classes that my joints feel more like I had gone back 5 years.

For background, I’ve been doing daily stretches in the morning for 20 years or so.
