My grandparents came to visit for Christmas when I was maybe 4 or 5. They gave me bagpipes for Christmas. The bagpipes disappeared after they left, a couple weeks later. Knowing what I know now, I’m sure my late grandfather was extremely proud of himself!

I was 112/65 at the doc's today. They told me that was excellent. I'm buying in, chart or no chart!

Mine was 120/71 yesterday, fortunately without any anti-hypertensive meds.
