Lampshade Knobs fit CTS Pot Shaft a little too loosely.

I installed some 920D Custom 450G Series 500k CTS Pots in my 2021 S2 McCarty 594 Thinline to replace the ones made overseas, but my Lamp Shade Knobs seem just a hair too loose when installed.

Any ideas how to make the knobs fit more snuggly over the split shaft?

If you are afraid of breaking the shaft you can use plumbers teflon tape.

You won't need to use a screwdriver to spread the shaft open a little wider, just take some plumbers teflon tape, and wrap it around the shaft a few times dummy
