Last week had the pleasure of speaking with Kylie who answered my call, I had a question about pick up rings and she forwarded me to customer service which is standard protocol, I thanked her and noted that her professionalism and kindness was well noted. Kylie was full energy and positivity, something hardly ever received anymore, I thanked her and went on my way. This morning at 7:59 my phone rings and I hear it say call from PRS guitars, I pick up and its Kylie just checking up on me and wanting to make sure that all my questions were answered and is there anything else that she could help me with, I thanked her so much and stated I could not believe that she was following up with me (WOW) I told her she made my day and expressed my sincere appreciation. I hope Paul sees this post and takes her to lunch and gives her a day off for going way above and beyond and providing UNRIVALED service.

I have had superb experience with the people at PRS every time regarding the PRS guitars I have had over the years. I have three PRS at the moment and one more on order.
I wish I could say the same with regard to the PRS amplifier I bought back in 2015. That experience was anything but rewarding. I still believe strongly in the PRS guitar company. It is a remarkable company with an unusual commitment to unmatched quality guitars.
