So many people will jump on the internet to slam a company at the slightest hint of being treated in some perceived less-than-diva-manner. I wanted to be equally quick to do the opposite.

Thank you to PRS, the support and PTC team, and specifically Ryan for jumping on my repair issue and getting it handled right. I may not be a famous musician or rock star, but they treated me like one and I appreciate it!

Yup... I've had few needs for the support team, but each and every time the response, attitude, and results have been stellar.
