KIDS! DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME! LOL!

DUDE!!!! Situational awareness... You can tell he did not intend to do THAT to his guitar, mid intense rock out moment gone awry..

Well I did too MikeD so don't feel bad....

As far as it being "staged"? I don't know, but it looked genuine to me.

Cannot see someone staging a headstock knock off like that on an expensive guitar...unless it was an expensive LOOKING guitar and a chinese knockoff.

Any of you guitar experts tell what KIND or BRAND of guitar that is?

I think that semi-circle top on the headstock is a Samick

I guess that's why the table was there in such an odd spot(I've never seen a table on any band stage).

Yep. Thank you. I'm not cynical by nature. In today's world, viral videos can actually = $$

I hate when artist break guitars, but that band looked like the were playing a block party, and a band like that might not be able to afford a loss like that.

I know one friend who broke his one and only guitar, in his twenties and he could not buy a replacement for over a year.
He borrowed guitar for every gig, and some of his friends were like if he broke his guitar how do I know he won't break mine?
Let's just say he did not have any quality guitars for some time.

And this was back when crappy guitars were actually badly built. Not like today when everything is cnc made and how bad can a guitar be made when it is close tolerance manufacturing. Sure the hardware can suck but remember when every thing about a crap guitar sucked? Man that was rough.
