Just scored this new 509...

Can't wait for it to get here!!!!!!

Well, I mostly see FBW closer to grey than blue, but this one is so close to my 513 in FBJ

What's a letter among friends? It's probably a bit darker and might be a bit greyer in person. The camera can alter things depending the settings and the light. Anyway, FBJ is a two color finish requiring two stains and FWB is a single stain. There can be quite a variation in color depending on the whether the underlying maple is east coast or west coast. One species is yellow and one is white.

Yep... My FWB 408 looks different in pictures versus in person, and also drastically changes in different lighting. So many FWB guitars are drastically different in appearance!
