Just purchased a 513 Rosewood

Just pulled the trigger on a 2005 513 rosewood in black cherry …. Can’t wait to gig the snot out of it ! Been surfing the 513 threads on here - but anyone currently gigging one feel free to share ur latest thoughts ! Going to run her through a fractal FM9 for our shows ……

Welcome to 513 club and enjoy it!!
Runs great through anything. Use it with my old TC Nova System through an EL84 amp, records great with my 11 Rack, as well as my newly acquired red Quad Cortex !

When I'm having a bad guitar day the 513 is often the cure , warm and slightly compressed sounding sometimes it's easy to make sound good and or great. I often leave it in the bridge position and go between the Single coil and Heavy Humbucker mode.

Congrats... I owned one of those briefly, and it's now loved and heavily gigged by a band mate I've been playing with for more than 45 years. Terrific guitars! Incredibly flexible.
