After playing a Phred Ernesto semi-hollowbody for a couple of years, i wanted to get a better version...so I started looking at HB2's, ES 335's and 345's and other guitars for about 6 months. FInally on friday I was about to pull the trigger on Reverb for a 2011 HB2 that I had been watching for a few weeks. However- I decided to wait until yesterday morning to make sure I was ready..sure enough I go online and its GONE!!

Either way, sure enough..ALSO NEWLY listed 7hrs prior was a gorgeous 2015 HB2 in faded whale blue at a fair cost that I actually like better. ANyways- I literally just purchased it a few minutes ago.

Here's the details from the Seller's description:

"Mint condition PRS Hollowbody II in Faded Whale Blue finish! It has barely been used, and kept in its hardshell case most of its (short) life. There are no scratches, scuffs, or dings. Not only is this guitar gorgeous, but it sounds and plays amazing. Thanks to the additional piezo pickup on the bridge, this guitar is capable of producing a wide gamut of tones and sounds; it truly is a swiss army knife of a guitar!

Congrats. I assume this is it?

Although it looks like the seller got the description a bit wrong, as the neck pickup has 58/15 inscribed into it. So this is either one of the limited run anniversary models (doubtful as the truss rod cover would say 58/15 on it), or someone swapped out the pickups. Or maybe some of the 2015 non-58/15 models also had these pickups?

Go here to read more about the 58/15: https://www.prsguitars.com/2015/5815/

It looks great!
