Just joined and a question

CTS Pots, Switchcraft switch and PIO Cap with vintage clothe wiring. Cheap but effective. Done to my S2, not one like yours, but great results.

I did this to my Bernie. Worked out great. Also wired the Bridge p/u volume to the first pot, instead of the middle one. Added Phase III tuners, a Core nut and a set of Bare Knuckle Abraxas pick up, and a MannMade 2300 bridge.

Cheers much appreciated. Done a few things already apart from the wiring and caps. Bareknuckle Mississippi Queen in the bridge and Bareknuckle Mule at the neck. Tonepros locking tuners which look the same as the stock ones that were on there originally.

Nice!

Long or short shaft pots for my S2? Also, any thoughts on Mann vs Schroeder stoptails? Thank you,
Matt

I have 3 Schroeders, but John and Roxie are wonderful to do business with. No loss or gain either way. I do however prefer Jason’s locking studs, which I think are the best made. And I buy ALL my replacement trems from John.

Left the wiring alone but put Antiquities pickups in the Bernie. Unbelievable tone.

Ron Ellis Signature set is the next project, assuming i can get them before the next ice age.
