Congrats!!! I've never had a replacement but I've had surgical repair before. The best advice I can give is if they have you in Physical Therapy take it seriously the results are amazing.

Yep, modern medical science is amazing! I had a nose bleed that wouldn't stop. So, they entered an instrument of some sort into my veins through my crouch going to my nose to plug the ruptured vein. Amazing!

So far so good, lost the cane after week and a half and getting around pretty good. The right leg still aches a little but a month in and I am thrilled so far.
