For our 13th year, John Mann’s Guitar Vault is raffling off this beautiful new PRS Private Stock Modern Eagle V Guitar to raise money for the Webster House, which is a safe home for children here in New Hampshire. Each year we have done this, it has been a huge success! To date, I have donated over $75,000 to the kids at the Webster House, on behalf of all of you.

Sounds like you may have an incomplete field in the form. The form is set to turn that button to "clickable" only when all required form fields are populated. Make sure that all fields are filled in with appropriate values. If it persists, contact the shop, they are quick in responding to stuff like this, though they are certainly not on the job right now! When you contact them be sure to let them know what operating system your computer or phone is using and also what browser you are using.

Thanks for helping us out out Moondog Wily! I've gotten a few messages about customers having issues with the raffle. A P.O. box is not a valid address -because- in the event that person wins the guitar, we will not ship to a P.O. Box. Another issue I saw is folks putting their apartment or unit number in the top line. The top address line should be the legal address and the second line specifies Unit #, Apartment #, etc.

Good Luck Everyone!

Curiously, I was able to checkout doing only one ticket per transaction 🙃

Oh well, on with the awesome of this cause and guitar!

That seems odd! In the past the number of tickets has been limited to 200 (at least the past few years as I recall) and I experimented last night after reviewing your post and was able to put hundreds of tickets in my shopping cart (304 to be exact - I have done a similar experiment in the past to see how many tickets were still available and it would always cut off the number in the cart at whatever was left available). The official rules do not talk about a maximum limit on the tickets this year, but there is a minimum of 80 that must be sold! Glad you were able to get it all working, even though the multiple ticket buy in single transaction did not pan out. I know you would still have been charged $103/ticket based on my experiment.

Yes each ticket is $103 if you pay with a credit card. Trying to make sure that $100 goes to the Webster House after credit card fees.
You should be able to buy as many tickets as you like.

I did not put a cap on the number of tickets this year because there are always a few stragglers who miss a great opportunity to donate.
I am sure the final number will be close to 200 before we draw the winning #.

Good luck !!!
