Chinese copy. Pictures are from the real thing, but the guitars are made in China.

Aliexpress is the place to buy chinese knock-off guitars. I've never seen a legit one on that website.

Electronics are far easier to build "tolerable" versions of compared to guitars. These things are basically cardboard guitars clearcoated in hair spray.
