So SJ the F bass string trees I’ve seen all have grooves for the strings to sit in. Could be a strap killer as the undersides are not flush. Maybe I’m missing something or someone makes them smooth. Me thinks I should read before I reply lol. Black Plaid has the answer I’ve been looking for.

Those look correct HOWEVER, do not use those screws that come with it. They're not long enough and will pull out over time.
