Is this PRS genuine?

Hey, everyone, I'm new here and have a question:
There is a used PRS for sale locally at a price that is just too good to be true, so I wanted to be sure that it isn't fake. The serial number is 0 8499, which, if my research is correct, means it was made in 1990. The pictures I have are not that great, but I hope they are sufficient for now!

Looks real someone modded the electronics from the looks of it pretty sure it should have a Rotary switch the the Toggle is and a Sweet switch where Im guessing the tone knob is
