Is this guitar a real Prs?

Let me first start off by saying I am new to PRS guitars, I found a guitar listed for sale in my area, the listing says its a PRS custom 24 Natural finish. I searched around online for a few hours today trying to find a guitar that looked similar to see what the average price was, but could not find one. A few things that I noticed that have me concerned are the positioning of the birds on the fretboard, and the position of the volume and tone knob. Is this a real PRS or a knock off of some kind?
