Is this an Authentic PRS?

Looks legit to me. PRS do enjoy the occasional one-off.
I would just want to confirm the neck specs. Katalox isn't unheard of for PRS, but rare. I'd be a little surprised if the fretboard is Brazilian since it doesn't have the "Custom Built for USA Only" writing on the back of the headstock.

SN aligns for a 2018 guitar. Rosewood necks always have the SN stamped vs. written with marker since there's no finish.

I think it's absolutely authentic. I'm not totally sure about the neck wood description. I've never seen PRS refer to Katalox as rosewood but I'm not an expert either. I think my 2012 Experience P22 has a Katalox fretboard that PRS listed as Ebony. I have seen a recent PRS guitar ordered with a BRW fretboard that didn't say "Custom Built for USA Only" on the back of the headstock.
I think it's beautiful. If I didn't already have a McCarty SC594 with a RW neck, I'd want it myself.
