Other than McCartys and regular Hollowbody 1 & II, I'm unfamiliar with pricing on PRS models. This is a '98 Archtop with a spruce top. Im wondering if this is a decent price? Thanks.

well, ya... I did
I've been looking for a G ES-165 or 175 guitar; they all ran for more $. I'd read some good things about the PRS spruce-top Archtop. Was surprised I won, because I thought the final winning bid would run higher. This seems to be a no-frills Archtop : moons, no piezo, no-flame top; but think it will fill that hole in my guitar arsenal.

I think it's actually a nice guitar than the ones you were originally interested in. For example, the top is carved solid wood, not plywood, and the tone is really great on those.

Congratulations! Remember, the tone on a hollow body isn't enhanced by plastic trim or other doo-dads. It's all about the wood.
