Is it worth moving 2 SEs in favor of another S2??

Definitely dump the SE's for the S2.

Never a bad idea to go with quality but I'll second the thought of considering a Core, especially if you haven't played more than a couple.

I started out with a S2 McCarty 594 SC. Great guitar, sounds very close to a Core but the Cores spoke to me and the SE's gave me tones, especially the Soapbar that my Cores didn't have. But if you're familiar with the various options and remembering the overhead involved in trading & selling, play them all and you'll probably know.
