When Seventeen came out, I was 25, so the creep factor was way lower (especially being in rock bands, that was a chunk of our viewing public...with fake IDs). That riff is still one of my favs and would break out with that with the bass player just to watch people’s eyes light up. But I could never do the solo justice. Reb Beach is a monster!

The other day I was watching Classic Albums on AXS TV (great show by the way) for Motorhead's Ace of Spades and they talked a little bit about the song Jailbait. Now that is a cringe worthy song today but a great album.

Opps, I didn't mean to derail the thread.

"High Enough" is appropriate for all ages. Any time I think of this song, I hear the dive bombs during the choruses late in the song. The Whackmaster in this vid is a set neck, though.

I saw that guitar the day it was listed.... for $9500!!!!

So more like a $6000 price drop.

Heheh. You and me both, though I did see him play a couple of years ago at a Detroit event, and he’s still a very good player.
