Introduce yourself!

New to the forum...seems like an interesting place to learn and share.

My roommates in college all played guitar and taught me a little bit way back when, but I just started taking lessons this year. My incredible wife surprised me with a beautiful PRS guitar a month ago...such a joy to play. Sounds better and plays easier than the starter instrument I'd been using.

As a long time woodworker and musician, I have enormous appreciation for all the handwork that goes into making these instruments. I would love to tour the factory someday.

Welcome to the forum!

Hey everyone!

I'm Can (read John). I'm a big fan of PRS guitars since a long time. I always lusted for one and my friend lending me his 20th anniversary standard for a couple of weeks was the trigger for my G.A.S after several years. So here I am with my first PRS, a CU24 in fire red burst. I have it since July and couldn't put it down since then. :)

I'll start a thread and post pictures as soon as I can.

I've posted on here a few times and I'm a new member my name is Lou
and I've play a lot of different guitars and I finally came to PRS guitars.
My first PRS was back in 1988 I had a Custom 24 and that was a great
guitar. the one I have now is a 1995 Custom 22 with a Wide Thin Neck
and Dragon Pickups and a Trem bar. I'm happy to back in the PRS
family and I hope to ohters that play PRS guitars.

Hello all. I recently acquired a McCarty 594 in black gold wrap. What a beautiful guitar and it sounds even better. I had a brief dalliance with an S2 Custom 22 Semi-Hollow, but it didn't last. This one, however, is a keeper. What an amazing instrument.

So anyway, now that I've joined the PRS club, I figured I'd sign up here and check it out.

Welcome, and jump right in!

Hey guys,

New member to the board. I recently made the best decision of my life and picked up a Custom 24 wood library. I couldn't be happier! I've played guitar for about twenty years now and have toured the states, Europe and Canada. I use to use a 77 Gibson LPC or a strat, but after finally getting the chance to play some quality PRS guitars the Gibson was sold and the Custom 24 was purchased! Now to the dawn of a new era!!!

I wanna thank Graham over at Brian's Guitars for helping out and of course Brian for having an amazing shop.

Without further ado My custom 24.
