Introduce yourself!

Would love to but can't figure out how to get pics on here - I tried the Imgur site as mentioned on the "How to post pictures" thread but it won't let me upload - any other suggestions
I don’t use Imgur. I’m sure there will be someone here that can guide you through it @Moondog Wily ;)
This is the site I use, btw… https://postimages.org/

See if this works...

Yay that's my baby, thanks DISTORT6 :)

By the way, had my first play-at-home session with my new PRS through my Kemper last night - the PRS sounds amazing and loads of tonal variations, extremely pleased doesn't even come close.

Also me below with my first PRS (SE custom 24 Floyd)

Welcome to the forum Justin1971 and congrats on the score.

As you have seen in your welcoming to the forum, image posting is not exactly a one step process. The long and short is, you have to have a place to host the images other than here, and it has to be a "secure" site (https) that will let you post a BB Code to access the image or a URL that ends in an image extension (.jpg, .gif, .png, etc.). Here is a link to a post with my tutorials on this topic as well as links to all other picture posting tutorials on this forum that I am aware of. @DISTORT6 has given you the critical bits above for your chosen platform but if you need additional assistance in getting the pix up after reviewing those materials and testing the options, feel free to hit me with a private message and I will try to resolve whatever issues remain ;~))

Great looking axe!

I hear ya'! Unfortunately, this site is not going to make things any easier when it comes to posting pix for you ;~(( You will have to have another account somewhere else to "host" the pictures and then put a "link" to them here!! All tutorials on this topic (including the ones I did) that I am aware of are at the following link: https://forums.prsguitars.com/threads/sharing-pictures-on-prs-forum.47818/

If after reviewing the tutorials and materials there, you are still having problems, you can send me a private message (click the envelope in the upper right corner of the page) and I will try to help in any way I can ;~))

Hello. I will now introduce myself. My name is Jeremiah. I have had guitars around for all my life. I did better with them during times of the most creative musical spark. For a number of years I had put the guitars down and did other artistic things like drawing, painting, and poetry. After some time away from playing guitar I am currently trying to get back to where I used to be and then some. Been studying up on music theory like I used to and refamiliarizing myself the best I can.

In the past I've had and played guitars made by Harmony, Washburn, Rickenbacker, Gibson, Taylor, and Ibanez. The 90's Wine Red Gibson Les Paul Studio was my go to guitar for electric, and I also had a nice Taylor 414ce for an acoustic. Some unpredictable life experiences and a house fire led me to no longer having those guitars of the past. ( All humans and animals safely escaped the house fire and that's what's important. )

Now for guitars I have a Breedlove Organic Solo Pro Concert CE Nylon Electric-Acoustic, a 514ce Taylor V Class Acoustic, and now a PRS SE Hollowbody II electric hollowbody. The latter is my entry level PRS, and I must say I'm fairly impressed. I mean I'd like to some day have more money and be able to acquire a more perfect one, but I'm getting good feel, tuning, intonation, playability etc out of this PRS SE, and I'm thankful for it. :)

I'll check in to the newbie thread.
I bought my daughter a Santana SE, 20 years or so back. Told her if she were to ever need to sell it I would buy it from her. About 5 years ago I got it back with the Line 6 amp I bought at the same time.
Doing a little research it is a Gen 1 2001 model. Some features of this one I believe are more of a later model SE. A pick guard, and the open humbucker type pickups. Pics of Gen 1's I see had the metal covered pickups and generally no pick guard.

There were possibly some options? I bought it brand new in Tulsa, OK. Only played a handfull of times in its life.

Anyway, hello. I hope to learn a bit about these.

What pic host do most use here?
