Instrument identification help needed

Hello everyone,
I have a 24 fret bolt-on solid body electric that I purchased new when I was in College. Somewhere around 1988ish. The serial number doesn't seem to match with the look-up on the PRS website. Does anyone have any ideas how I can confirm the year and model?

SN 870104 (No space between the numbers)
It is the pearl white with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard.

I think it would be a 1988 CE-24. 8 for 1988, 7 for CE, and then 0104 is right in the range for a 1988 CE.

Thanks, I was thrown off that there wasn't the "prefix" gap between the 8 and the 7.

Agreed. A very early CE!
