Hello everyone! Well, I bought the Tremonti Custom SE a few months ago from Jack at northeast with intentions of totally modding it up. Got in touch with John Mann and he recommended the Original 2000 NOS MannMade trem. His service was amazing! Got it in 2 days and it came with all the hardware. This is my first experience with the one-piece trem and I am loving it! The tone and sustain has improved HUGE!! I also got some phase 2 tuners from Jack at Northeast music, who's service is also amazing!...and installed those and with the two my SE is a MONSTER!! Next will be new pots and knobs from Jack and then a Tremonti in the bridge and I'm thinking a Bareknuckle miracle man in the neck. I was worried at first that all the screws for the bridge wouldn't line up, but the only issue was the holes for the claw on the springs. Had to drill a new hole for the claw, which was no problem. The trem went in easily, I copied the saddle heights on my usa bridge and the one on the SE and then while doing the intonations made some adjustments and its playing and singing sweetly!! On to some pics....

Looks great! I don't have any knowledge of those trems. What is the advantage/disadvantage/difference between that trem and what came in your Tremonti?

Looks great!
I also dealt with Jack at Northeast when I bought my Tremonti SE Custom .... great guy and awesome service!
I did a few mods to mine as well and I really love this guitar, especially the wide/thin neck!

* PRS 1985 Reissue T/B pickups
* Rewired all controls ala Les Paul
* Tusq nut
* PRS Phase II locking tuners
* Ebony buttons (not pictured)
* Schaller Strap Locks
* Tremol-no
* Personalized Truss Rod Cover
* Refinished Headstock w/ Signature logo

Did I mention I love this guitar? :)

The one that comes in the SE is ok...I wanted a trem like the one in my usa Tremonti and John Mann designed the PRS trem and still makes them. They are fantastic! The tone and sustain has improved greatly!! Gives it a boost in the level of quality which is already great on the SE's. Figured I'd try the one piece trem and the notes just seem to ring and sing!! Don't get me wrong, my usa Tremonti is my number one, but with the upgrades my Tremonti Custom SE is getting closer. Love the wicked thin maple neck...its fast!! Its becoming a monster!
