Picked up this mint condition, used beauty today - should arrive Saturday. I'm excited, my first PRS.

I plan to add some nickel pickup covers and find a PRS truss rod cover. Oh, and I ordered a PRS "birds" strap - gotta complete the look, right ?
So did they stop imprinting PRS on the covers in 2014 ? Wonder why - maybe to give the SE line it's own identity ?

I'm positive it won't ! A Hollowbody II is on my list for the future. Being a Fender player for 35 years, I've finally decided I need to have a humbucker guitar and this SE scratches the 335/LP itch I've had for a year or so now. Great place this forum is.

Nice....I picked up a ZM yesterday actually...locally......and have a Marsden being delivered today. I'll have to take a group shot of the Mira, 408, Zach and Bernie :)

I wonder if I can buy that bridge by itself and if it would fit my SE245 Soapy. Great looking axe, btw.

GREAT looking Zach M! They are truly one of the greatest bang for the bucks on the planet.

WOW ! Going from decades of Fenders to this PRS is a totally different world. It plays like butter (set up with .095-.044 per prior owner) and my heavy right hand needs to relax. I'm amazed at the quality in this instrument for the cost, playability is sublime. My mind wonders just whnt a core PRS model has to play like. I've only spent a half hour with it plugged into my Mesa Express, but I'm already impressed with the clean and overdriven tones. I found a convincing Dicky Betts tone in no time. Cranked up the Burn channel and since my son is a fan of Shinedown, I gave "Second Chance" a spin and had it growling. Heck, this old blues fart was attempting some high gain shred as well.

I'll get some new pics up soon. Thanks for all the positive comments gangs. I like this forum.
