Incoming! And Out of production limited edition at that

I just pulled the trigger on a limited edition PRS that was only produced for 1 year. I've been in love with the looks of the top on this model since I learned about its existance about a year ago but it's taken me that long to find one of these for sale. It's been out of production for more than a few years now.

I don't think I want to reveal exactly what model it is just yet. I think you guys and gals will enjoy trying to guess it.

Two hints I will start with, is:
1. the top wood it features was continued to be offered on the same model for 1 to 2 years after the initial year that this top wood was offered, but never in the exaxt same finish color again as the initial year.
2. It is an SE series guitars.

I am definitely going to replace those amber colored knobs with a better color match. And the Bridge pickup with something like a PRS SE HFS pup which has more heft for the metal/thrash music I like to play.

This one comes with the PRS OEM soft gig bag.

Thanks. I've also read that too about the sonic characteristics of Zebrano. **BUT** the Zebrano shouldn't be a tonal factor in these Custom 24 models, as the Zebrano is only a thin veneer. The model is still a maple topped Mahogany body like other Custom 24s as far as woods are concerned.

Black, Sparkled Silver, and Cherry/ Red Flame maple veneer.

Fricking heavy though.

A friend has a custom build, with a Zebrano body and you need to be Eddie Hall to keep upright.
