I thought there would be resistors? (2008 DGT control cavity pic)

I'd read about different values of resistor used for DGT pickup coil tap mode, so opened mine up to see what I have - I was expecting to see resistors in there - what am I missing?

It's a 2008 I think, in case that makes a difference

That's kind of rough looking for factory wiring? I wonder if it's been messed with.
That was my first thought when I looked at the pictures. I don't see any solder on the switch housing where they attach the resistors though. I am not sure what year they started adding the resistors in. I think this guitar is old enough that it is before they were doing that. I think my earliest guitar with the resistors in it is my DGT and that is either a 2011 or 2012. None of my 2006 guitars have them and this one is only two years newer than those.

It is easy enough to put them in. I can tell you that they have changed the values they sued over the years. I have an 8.8k on my bridge pickup and a 2.2k on the neck. That is from the factory.
