Installation was easy, well as easy as this particular job gets. The SD pickup shell fit the opening in the pickguard so I didn't have to do any work on that. The white SD pickup was a slightly yellower shade so I pulled the pickup cover off the PRS to give it a try. It fit but the holes for the pole pieces didn't line up as the SD has wider pole spacing than the PRS pickup.
When I got it all back together the new pickup sounds really good. Much more full and focused than the thin strat-style bridge pickup.
One problem. Each pickup sounds fine by itself, but the new bridge and middle pickup together are noticeably quiet and thin. I assume I wired the TwangBanger out of phase? I'll leave it as-is for now and fix it with my next string change in 6 mos or a year.
