No. It hardens the rod and sensitizes rod cells
I take several small pills every day because...doctors love giving me pills, and evidently I love taking them!
Supposedly they help keep me somewhat healthy. Maybe so. Nonetheless, I'm not taking any chances at this point, since they don't seem to hurt.
