I need help for wiring \m/ pickups into my quatro

So Ive decided to put a set of \m/ pups in my Quatro and Im not good with wires and what not so I took it to my local guy that I have dealt with for years. Well of course he asked me if I had a wiring diagram and me being a smart ass said well isn't it the same wiring as the pups that are in there? No the wires are apparently different on the 53/10 cpared to the \m/ pups. He said he needed to know what two wires to solder together?

any help or wiring diagram would be greatly appreciated or some advise as to how to make this happen.

Go to PRS website and grab a diagram that fits what you're doing. Not sure if they have a diagram with Ms but there will be info with the pickups you bought telling you what the wire colors are for. Should be able to figure it out. You won't solder any wires together on the M pickups.

neck pickup black is ground white is hot. Bridge pickup is reversed white is ground black is hot. The red wire is the tap wire. The braid gets grounded as well to shield the pickup leads.

Here is the diagram for a custom with 3 way toggle which should be similar to the original wiring.
