Not me, at least not today.

My wife had her first follow-up with her doc since he removed her appendix last summer and it turned out to be cancerous. Had a CT scan last week, and today was results day. Doc was running behind, so it was almost two hours late when he finally came in to see her, but he said, "I looked at your scan - it's perfect. Totally clean." Which was a huge relief for her - until you get that first one, there's always a tinge of doubt in your mind. We'd planned lunch at Cheesecake Factory regardless - we just got to use celebratory mode instead of commiseration mode.

Scary stuff, but really great news. My wife went through something similar a couple of years ago, and after a bit of a nervous wait her results were also negative.

I think the best way to celebrate is to pick up a nice new PRS…….and you should let HER pick the color. ; - )

Drinks all round! Good scan news too...

Mini me on way. Had dating scan on Tues then 12 hours later my Fiancée was showing signs of a miscarriage (had one last March). Day and a half of worry and trips to the hospital. Finally a scan showed all is good. Started as twins but second sac was empty (vanishing twin), so likely that causing the problem. All is good with the healthy foetus.

I suspect my wallet will be less amused!

Good news, Mike.

...there might be a metal band name in there.

That's great Alan. I'm happy for you all. Yes!
