I just traded my last 2 superstrats in to GC for a Vela satin solid body...

these old hands just can't get around a 25.5 scale like they used to....the slightly shorter scale and rounder profile necks is more comfy....my PRS are not as fast but my style is changing and the Vela fits the new Russ better!!

Well I had a tobacco semi with tons of issues and mods that was bought used...I went with the cherry but order was cancelled by GC!! Was a computer mistake...might go with the black ...what do you think??

My Satin Tobacco Solid Vela is freaking awesome! The neck is super smooth and not slick and the pore grain is very eye pleasing. Have fun! .

I went with the satin charcoal...looked a little more RnR to me with the chrome trimming and such ...I hope it pretty lightweight....

Both the solid and semi-hollow are around 6 lbs from what I have seen! Looking forward to the pix!!
