I just bought my first prs why is this different from others

$500 for it all a good deal guitar is mint and all works perfect he only used it 2-3 times and it stayed on the stand

To answer your question, we can only deal with assumptions or hypothesises

1- The first owner modified it.

2- (Although you didn't share a picture of the headstock, which would likely identify the guitar as SE, even in Asian factories occur occassional things.) In the production line was at that time a lack of white/ivory rings and tips.

Regardless of the actual reason, it doesn't has impact on the overall function.

For the second hypothesis I share an example concerning the Core model 513 in its production year 2011.
PRS let succeed the j-birds (with center) the original 513 birds (which were inlays of the 305, too). The j-birds (with center) were consistently part of the fretboard.
Other production line specs were the (closed) Phase II locking tuners and the (scalloped, compensated) 513 nut.
As of 2012 (open) Phase III and the standard PRS USA nut were genuine parts.
But in 2011 you could find mixtures: guitars with old specs, guitars with the specs for next year, aswell guitars, when the Phase II tuners meet the standard USA. The current records start with standard nut and Phase II, but two 513 could be named in the running production with the 513 nut and Phase II. The assembly guy may have found "old" parts in the box, when gripping in.

I bought my guitar new in 2011, finally assembled in August. My guitar had all the details of 2012.
But in the case I was surprised by a lefty vibrato arm. And 513s are right hand guitars only.
Therefore there is even the moment of human faults.

My proposal is: Ask the seller, why the plastic parts of your guitar are exceptions from the rule of white/ivory plastic parts.
