Happened to me a few times with pics and vids.

Had a well known store (In the UK) use one of my amp vids (Under 'watch our video demos' - if they don't have one they default to a Youtube vid), some East European music shop is using one of my Bernie pics (With the new covered pups installed!). Had some guy post pics of my Bernie on another forum and finally had to sign up and post that it was mine after he was getting too much credit for such a nice guitar!

I've had some of my commercial photos stolen off of one of my web sites and used on an ebay store. The guy even photo edited out my watermark. Despite all the copyright notices on the web site and the watermark on the photo, he still thought that ANYTHING he saw in the Internet was still somehow "public domain" and to him that meant that he could steal it and use it for his own business.

He replied saying that he was away from home when he posted the auction, and has since updated the images to the actual items. Makes me feel a little better.
