I went through the factory tour on Thursday - PRS is truly a classy operation! Brandy gave the tour, and did a great job. There were about 8 of us on the tour, including my wife and young son, who did his best to restrain himself (he would only enjoy a factory tour if it was the minecraft factory). All of the areas of the factory are really top notch and professional, and I left with the impression that the core and S2 lines are made with as much care as the PS models, just a little more quickly and with a few less options. It certainly will make it easier to visualize what's going on in the Private Stock Friday pictures. I spotted the PS manager, who I recognized from pictures on here, as well as Doug Sewell, who passed by our group coming out of his mad scientist amp lab. Didn't see PRSH, not sure if he was in the plant or not.
I highly recommend the tour if you are in the area, I just wish I could make it to the 30th anniversary shindig.

I was so impressed I just ordered a 30th anniversary custom 24 from a west coast dealer - pics to follow - let the waiting begin!

The other half and I are taking a road trip on the bike to NC in a couple weeks, and when we come home we're heading up the coast, the PRS factory is on the list of stops.... she's not too thrilled, but I don't care, lol.
