You need to find a dealer - in your area or if you don't have one in your area you'll need to find one willing to ship to you. PRS doesn't sell direct.
Pricing discussion is discouraged here but FWIW in the UK the MAP on the A10E is £475.00, so subtract about 20%, convert to your local currency and then add whatever local taxes you might have to pay and you might be in the ballpark of what the price should be around.
