I just got a 2009 Purple Paul Allender PRS.
It has bats fret markings. I'm ok with it up until fret 12 and above. Then the Bats start to overlap 3 or 4 frets and it doesn't look as clear from a glance as a typical say Fender strat with 2 dots on 12.
Does anyone have tips on how to get comfortable with this layout? Right now I try doing some solos that I normally do around 12th fret and I get a bit scrambled looking at the layout with bats everywhere.
I've only had the guitar less than a day.
