Is it a 91?

Probably.

The 1st digit is the year so it's likely a 91. The serial number puts it in 92 but they say the numbers are approximate so I'd go with the 91.

The headstock logo faded, is that normal?

Yeap... It is a 91.
Old logos could fade, or be scratched away... It is a legit CE, if this is what you are worried...
Is it opaque red, or you can see the wood grain through the finish?

Yeah, those old logos were just waterside decals, although I must say I don’t think I have ever seen one rubbed away before. I guess it could happen though.

@sergiodeblanc thanks...i guess 2013 am std strats are much more easier to have than 91 CE's..... will it be possible to have this re-decaled?

I don’t think they have water slides anymore? They (PRS/PTC) will do the raised metal sticker logo for you if you send it in (which will cost $$$ so maybe factor that in on the trade and if it’s worth it to you) but it won’t be “original” if that matters to you, since those came on guitars from 94 on.
