If I'm reading a forum category, like 'General Discussion', I don't go past the first page of threads. No reason why, I'm probably just too lazy.

Do other folks dive deeper?

Depends on the forum. On this site, the signal-to-noise ratio is pretty good. There’s an awful lot of high-quality info and useful food for thought. If I miss a couple of days, I sometimes go back a page or two. I’m here too often to miss much, though.

Other sites? Not so much.

I will delve deep if I'm looking for information about something. I'll cut and paste up a document and put it into my PRS folder.

My compulsive behaviour has to keep those “new posts” under control.

I had 10 pages unread once. Couldn’t sleep
