How many Multi instrumentalists are there ?

Some of us play more than guitar , I'm just curious to see what other instruments we all play

For me it's Bass, Fiddle,Mandolin,Conga,Cajon, Drums, Keys and Harmonica .. vocals in a pinch

I find playing the other instruments always gives me a different insight into the song.

I am able to make uncomfortable noises with a variety of devices. These include, but are not limited to, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, keyboards, piano, harmonica, a wide variety of percussion instruments (cabassa is my fav to play, cuts through anything, anytime), vox and ukulele. I have played in the past harp (love it), autoharp, clarinet and xylophone as well. Last time I played a harp (about 15 years ago) I had not touched one in decades, but it felt so good I played for about 45 minutes straight and my friend who's harp it was said she thought it was beautiful (and she was not one easy to give out compliments)! I wish I had one to play! I enjoy making noise (that I hope is somehow musical) with just about anything, even if it is not considered an "instrument" ;~)) All that said, I am a master of none and some may say not even a "player" of most of them considering my limited knowledge, technique and repertoire!!!

It has been refreshing for me after a 40 year hiatus from percussion to get the Congas, Cajons and E kit . Big cobwebs but it really helps you focus on timing and Drums are just lots of fun to play . I don't play my fiddle as much as I'd like .. the downside to having a big collection of toys is enough time an energy to devote to them .. it's a burden I don't mind in the least . I'll never be great at any, but if I can be passable enough to jam .. I'm good.

I Can Hack Around On Most Anything With Strings.

I Started Off On Drums And My Grandpa Was An Incredible Harmonica Player So As A Very Young Boy I Played That. I Need To Mess Around With It More Because It Is Fun To Play.

There For A While I Played Hard To Get But My Incredible Wife Captured And Melted My Heart And Changed All Of That!

I used to be proud of being a 5 instrument player (Gtr, Keybds, Bass, Drums/perc, & Harmonica) but after my back went south, I'm just happy to play my PRSi.

And then there are the instruments that I would like to play around with! Other than wanting to have a harp to play, which I mentioned earlier, I would like to spend some time with an accordion (yes, I said it out loud), saxophone, full drum kit (fat chance in my living space) and a hurdy gurdy!
