How long should I expect to wait?

I sent a guitar back to the factory for a finish repair. It has the v12 rash. In your experience how long should I expect them to take to evaluate the guitar? I sent it in the 3rd of this month and haven't heard anything back yet. I am sure they are very busy, and I'm not trying to make a complaint thread or anything. I just wonder how long it will take before I can expect to hear something?

Ya I emailed back and forth with Shaun. He told me to send it in and it would be evaluated. I just wonder how long the turn around for the PTC to evaluate something is? I was kind of surprised it has taken this long just to look at it.

Not sure on a warranty type issue, but I sent a guitar in for some work and was quoted 15 weeks. Granted, that was a complete refinish, pickups, and new electronics.
