How do you tighten the locking tuners on a 2021 DGT? The newer tuners with the collars……

There’s nothing in the manual at all… the tuners are loose and the guitar will not stay in tune.. How does that aluminum collar work? Any help is greatly appreciated… I’ve got a gig this weekend and I’d really like to play my new guitar

There’s nothing in the manual at all… the tuning machines feel very loose and the guitar will not stay in tune.. Tightened the screws for the tuning buttons but it doesn’t do anything to tighten the feel like other tuning machines work….How does that aluminum collar work? Any help is greatly appreciated… I’ve got a gig this weekend and I’d really like to play my new guitar
