How do you read this forum?

Scan “new posts?”
Scan “recent posts?”
Open “Forums?”
Open your “flag”? (upper right corner)
Get email notified for “replies” and/or “likes?”
All of the above?
Some other way?

Second, New Posts
Once in awhile, into one of the "Forums".....but only if I'm looking for something specific.

Never on the email notifications. I get too many emails as it is.

You didn't ask, but as for medium....iPad in the early morning, late evening, and weekends. During the work day, PC.

Anything is fair game after that.
Viewed from my phone mostly during the week, tablet in the evenings or laptop when I have it up and running.
The emails only lets me know that someone has commented on a thread I'm watching. But, I usually catch those before I get the email. ( I might be spending way too much time here)

First the flags, then the new posts. After I have open a window for each post I will read, I don't forget to "Mark forum Read".
